Hot Pink Lipstick

I love hot pink lipstick but I thought it was a look that belonged on barbie dolls. That was until the launch of the Barbie Loves MAC collection. I was so excited because two of my favorite things barbie and MAC coming together and having a cosmetic line. I really think it is one of MAC's best collections. This was like a year and half ago and I bought the hot pink lipstick and lip glass. At that time nobody was wearing hot pink lipstick now fast forward spring 2008 hot pink lipstick is a hot beauty trend for the spring and summer.

Rihanna recently pictured wearing hot pink lipstick. I really like this color on her. I actually like the matte finish. I usually have to apply lip gloss over my lipstick because I like the glossy finish but now I think I am going to try the matte look.

MAC has a few shades of hot pink lipsticks they are Too Fab from the Dress Camp collection and Hollywood Nights from the Heatherette collection. These items are limited edition so they are sold out online, you will have to check a MAC store near you.
