I live in Florida where it rains almost everyday in the summer. Umbrellas are a must have for Floridians. I consider an umbrella an accessory and it should be just as fashionable as your clothing. I have always been a fan of designer umbrellas and I have a few. I looked on a few websites and I found some really cute ones and they are all under $100.
